Welcome to E-butta.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the E-butta mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform" or "Services").
The Platform enables customers to discover, order and receive products including groceries, vegetables, food, medicines and other products made available by participating vendors through E-butta.
By downloading, accessing, registering on, or using E-butta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other policies displayed on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these Terms:
"E-butta", "we", "us", or "our" means [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], the owner/operator of the E-butta Platform.
"Platform" means the E-butta mobile application, website, software, technology infrastructure and related services.
"Customer", "User", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses or uses E-butta for browsing, ordering, purchasing or receiving products.
"Vendor", "Seller", or "Merchant" means an independent business, store, restaurant, pharmacy, retailer or other seller offering products through the Platform.
"Delivery Partner" means a person or entity assigned to collect and/or deliver an order.
"Product" means any grocery, vegetable, food item, medicine, household product or other item listed on the Platform.
"Order" means a request submitted by a Customer through the Platform to purchase Products from a Vendor.
"Order Value" means the value of Products included in an Order, excluding applicable delivery, platform, handling, packaging, convenience, taxes or other charges unless otherwise specified.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use E-butta.
By using the Platform, you represent that:
1. The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
2. You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
4. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activities.
Where certain products or services have additional age or legal restrictions, you must satisfy those requirements before purchasing them.

3. ABOUT E-BUTTA
E-butta operates a technology platform that enables Customers to discover Products offered by participating Vendors and facilitates ordering and delivery.
Depending on the particular transaction, E-butta may:
- Provide the technology platform;
- Facilitate communication between Customers and Vendors;
- Facilitate payments;
- Coordinate delivery through Delivery Partners;
- Provide customer support;
- Provide order tracking and related technology services.
Products displayed on E-butta may be supplied by independent Vendors.
Accordingly, responsibility for certain aspects of Products, including product quality, preparation, packaging, legality, authenticity, regulatory compliance and warranties, may rest with the applicable Vendor.
This marketplace structure is broadly consistent with the approach used by major Indian platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato and Blinkit, although the exact contractual relationships differ between platforms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain features may require you to create an account.
You may be required to provide:
- Name;
- Mobile number;
- Email address;
- Delivery address;
- Location information;
- Other information reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
You must not:
- Create an account using another person's identity;
- Provide false information;
- Create multiple fraudulent accounts;
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons;
- Use another user's account without permission.
